Letshego Holdings Namibia has appointed Ashante Manetti as its new chief commercial officer, effective 18 August.
Manetti brings more than 14 years of financial services experience, with expertise in commercial strategy, marketing, customer growth and lending.
She joins Letshego from Old Mutual Namibia, where she led initiatives focused on customer acquisition, brand performance, commercial growth and lending expansion.
In her new role, Manetti will oversee commercial strategy across Letshego Namibia’s banking and micro-lending operations, with a focus on sustainable growth, customer relationships and product expansion.
She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and is known for her strategic, customer-focused and collaborative leadership style.
