A praise and worship conference entitled ‘Hour of worship Revival’ is set for 10 October.
The event presented by Pentecostal Assemblies of Namibia will be hosting close to 15 praise and worship ministers who will showcase their skills through songs and ministering to the Lord.
“We believe everyone can sing or preach, but not everyone is a true worshiper. At this event we aim to dwell more on the understanding and depth of what the bible says about true worshipers,” Yvonne Hangara one of the organizing members said.
Hangara said they will not only focus on the spiritual aspects of worship, but also on the technical aspects such as music, instruments, sound, harmony and the importance of rehearsals.
“The event will be a platform were worshipers in the music ministry will share their experiences over the years, including the lessons they learned as praise and worship leaders. We aim to come together and learn from each other. The event aims to promote unity amongst worshippers. People must come to deepen their knowledge of true worship,” she added.
Hangara said there will also be a Q&A session were questions on practical issues that happens on the stage will be asked.
She also said the event is interdenominational, were we are sharing the stage and the platform as worshipers from different congregations /churches.
Ministers such as Pride, Elmarius, Charllotte, Elvit, Dannies, Adolphi, Charity, Evelien, Sinny and Hangara will grace the stage.
The conference will be from 10h00 to 16h00 and a musical concert will take place from 18h00 until late.
Snacks will be available for sale.
Entrance is free.
