Olthaver and List (O&L) launched a new corporate identity designed to represent its mission and expandiing footprint better. The rebranding celebration highlighted the company’s journey, achievements and continued growth plans for the future.
The chief experience officer and board director of O&L, Franziska Rüeck stressed the importance of authenticity, collaboration and shared vision.
She described the rebranding as a reflection of the company’s evolving identity and long standing legacy. “At O&L, we believe the way we create for others, reflects who we are and what matters to us,” Rüeck said. Reflecting on and African proverb, Rüeck highlighted the importance of unity and collective growth within the organization. “If you want to go fast, you go alone, but if you want to go far, you go together.”
She said the message is the center of how lasting organizations and legacies are build.
She further added that those principles shape the O&L culture and the standards the company upholds as it enters a new chapter.
The executive chairperson of O&L group, Sven Thieme, traced the organizations roots back to 1919 when the organization was just a banking institute. Thieme further highlighted the organizations journey in becoming an investment company. “We are an organization with a century of history, living and breathing,” Thieme said.
At the center of the rebrand is a redesigned logo, representing unity within the company.
“The O and the L are now merged, not connected. We are one OL, one persona, one future.” The organization also unveiled its long-term Vision 2029 strategy, titled, ‘Focusing on Corporate Alignment, Operational Excellence and Organizational Transformation’. This strategy includes ambitions for all operating companies to achieve industry-standard returns, a target of 2.5 billion earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), and recognition among the top 10 best workplaces globally.
