In celebrating and appreciating women’s inclusivity, FNB Namibia took the initiative to launch its first-ever women-focused solution, H.E.R Banking, an initiative marking a significant milestone in the bank’s ongoing commitment to financial inclusion. At the forefront of this transformative movement is Sepo Haihambo, the CEO of FNB Namibia Commercial Banking, whose leadership and vision has been instrumental in driving financial empowerment for women. Known for her significant positions in the financial sector as former Head of Global Markets CIB at Rand Merchant Bank, and Senior Client Coverage Manager for International Development Groups at Standard Bank Group, Haihambo is not just a leader in finance but a catalyst for change. She has dedicated her career into breaking barriers and ensuring financial inclusivity particularly for women entrepreneurs. Her approach is clear: to innovate with purpose and create opportunities that uplift communities.
